When a tenant leases your premises through
ESBIN REALTY CORPORATION and does not
complete the term for ANY reason
whatsoever, ESBIN REALTY shall Market the
unexpired term FREE of charge.*

When a Tenant leases premises through
Esbin Realty Corporation and does not
complete the term for ANY reason whatsoever,
Esbin Realty Corporation shall market
the unexpired term FREE of charge.*

*TERMS AND CONDITIONS

* The Landlord & Tenant Protection Plan applies to leases entered into in accordance with the term of the Listing Agreement.
* The Landlord & Tenant Protection Plan becomes effective as of the date the property becomes re-listed with Esbin Realty Corporation. The new Listing Agreement shall be under the same terms as those contained in the original Listing Agreement.
* Esbin Realty Corporation shall place availability signs on the property.
* The Landlord & Tenant Protection Plan excludes monthly flat rate fees, unpaid fees, or leases less than a one year term.
* In the event of re-leasing for a longer term, or at a higher rate, or extension (difference between the original and the new Lease) brokerage fees are payable at the original listed commission rate.
* Esbin Realty Corporation shall co-operate with other brokers (Esbin Realty Corporation new listing) and, should the Landlord accept a Co-operating Broker’s lease, only the Co-operating Broker’s fees shall be paid by the Landlord and Esbin Realty shall not retain any fees, except as described above.
